Computer Basics Class —- Starting Thursday Jan. 9th
The 1st class in computer basics will begin Thursday Jan, 9th at 10 a.m.This is a six week course and will be held at the Oneonta Public Library from 10 a.m. til noon. The class is limited to 10 students to allow one on one assistance. Otelco and the Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring this course. There is no charge. The Alabama Extension Office invites you to attend a series of classes on Successful Aging. On April 5th the class is designed to help you prevent falls and will take place at the Oneonta Senior Center located at 101 1st Street . Blount County Master Gardener Annual Plant Sale —8a.m.-12 p.m.
The Blount County Master Gardeners will hold their annual plant sale on April 22 ,2023 at the Blount County Agri-Business Center 8-a.m. to 12 p.m. or until sold out.
Back Road Park & Event Venue-Gospel Concert
The Backroad Park & Event Venue will host a Gospel Singing on Sunday April 23, 2023. Gates will open at 11 and music starts at noon. The Nelsons and the Perry’s will be the featured guest.
