Guided tour of the Blount County Covered Bridges Sat. Oct. 26th.
As part of the Covered Bridge Festival there will be guided tours of the Blount County Covered Bridges. There will be three tours the first at 10 A.M. the 2nd one at 12:30 and the last one at 2:30. The price per person will be 10.00 dollars. Reservation should be purchased in advance. The tour van will depart from beside Regions Bank. Passengers should check in at the Chamber booth next to Regions Bank. A guide who is knowledgeable about the history of Blount County and The Covered Bridges will accompany each tour. This is a part of a bigger and better Covered Bridge Festival.

The Alabama A.M. & Auburn Universities Extension Offices invite you to attend a series of classes designed to help older adults maintain their quality of life. On June 7th the class will cover Preparing Estates.These classes are recommended for anyone 60 and older and will be taught at the Oneonta Senior Center located at 101 1st. St. So.beginning at 9.am. 21st Annual June Fling—–June 9 & 10th
Oneonta Business Association will host the 21st Annual June Fling on June 9th 7-9 in Historical Downtown Oneonta. Vendor registrations starts Jan. 1st 2023. On June 9th from 7-9 the Sweet Tea Trio will preform. Sat. June 10th from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. enjoy Vendors/Food trucks /Kids’s Zone/Cruise -In & Entertainment. City Night Market —- Sat. June 17th
City Market of Oneonta has quickly become one of Oneonta’s most anticipated events! Our local artisanal food market * is scheduled for the following dates: Sat. June 17th, 6-9 p.m.-Sat. July 15th, 6-9 p.m.–Sat. Aug. 19th, 6-9 p.m. and Sat., September 16th, 6-9 p.m. City Market of Oneonta offers local farmers, specialty food vendors and makers of artisanal items the opportunity to show off! There will be between 25 & 30 entrepreneurs downtown by the gazebo . In case of rain the event will be inside the Oneonta Rec. Gym.
