Lester Memorial United Methodist Church will begin in person services Sunday — June 21.
There will be 2 contemporary services  at 8 a.m. & 9:30 a.m. One service at 11:a.m. in the Sanctuary.  You will call the church office at 205-625-5681 or e-mail elaine@lester-memorial.org to let staff know which service you plan to attend. Also if you are not comfortable attending ,at this time, we need to know . All precautions are being taken to keep you safe.

Snead Town Chili Cook – Off Sat. Oct. 28th- 9 A.M.
Peppy the Hot Pepper wants you to be a part of the Snead Town Chili Cook-Off. This event will be Sat. Oct. 28th, starting at 9 a.m. at the Snead Park. Entry Fee is $10.00! Deadline to enter is Oct. 7th. You’ll get a 1st Annual T-Shirt, covered area to work under, tables to use and serving bowls for the judges. Contest is open to all ages, but if you are under 16, you will need a parent or guardian with you.
