Time to Eat, Y’all Cookbook Talk & Signing Thursday Nov. 14th
Wallace State will host  Author Dana Standridge as she talks about the coming together of this great cookbook. This book is to commemorate the bicentennial of the State of Alabama. Dana will sign copies of the book. The price is $20.00 and supports the Alabama State Capital.  Admission is free.

Snead Town Chili Cook – Off Sat. Oct. 28th- 9 A.M.
Peppy the Hot Pepper wants you to be a part of the Snead Town Chili Cook-Off. This event will be Sat. Oct. 28th, starting at 9 a.m. at the Snead Park. Entry Fee is $10.00! Deadline to enter is Oct. 7th. You’ll get a 1st Annual T-Shirt, covered area to work under, tables to use and serving bowls for the judges. Contest is open to all ages, but if you are under 16, you will need a parent or guardian with you.
