Wonderland Under Warrior—-Rickwood Caverns State Park Nov. 20th –Jan. 2022
One of Blount County’s best kept secrets is “Wonderland Under Warrior” hosted by Rickwood Caverns State Park. The Christmas lights and special music will thrill all ages. The address for the caverns is 370 Rickwood Park Rd. in Warrior, Alabama. This year, everyone is encouraged to pre-reserve their tour time on-line. Â This step is designed to minimize wait times. Snead Town Chili Cook – Off Sat. Oct. 28th- 9 A.M.
Peppy the Hot Pepper wants you to be a part of the Snead Town Chili Cook-Off. This event will be Sat. Oct. 28th, starting at 9 a.m. at the Snead Park. Entry Fee is $10.00! Deadline to enter is Oct. 7th. You’ll get a 1st Annual T-Shirt, covered area to work under, tables to use and serving bowls for the judges. Contest is open to all ages, but if you are under 16, you will need a parent or guardian with you.
